I'm Pamela, a Rest Coach, Alcohol-Free Living Coach, and E-RYT 500 Yoga, Breath, and Meditation Instructor. For years, I was caught in the go-do-achieve-ambitiously busy cycle, leaving me physically depleted and disconnected from my relationships
Evenings became a second shift, and I relied on wine to wind down and reward my accomplishments. I thought doing more was the path to empowerment, and my achievements reflected my worthiness until I realized this needed change.

Doing less of what I thought I should do and more of what renews me has provided a grounded grace I never had until now. I am more confident and vibrant than in my 20s, 30s, and even 40s.
